Vanorinse Alkaline Pipeline Cleaner

A caustic/chlorine formulation which has a fast cleaning action and removes milk residues efficiently in all milking plants and pipelines.

The non-foaming formulation mixes easily and rinses freely

Defats and protects rubbers and helps to prevent milk stone build-up.

IN-PLACE CLEANING OF MILKING PLANT AND PIPELINES:

Immediately after milking has finished, remove all dirt from clusters, tubes and jetters.
Thoroughly rinse the plant through with clean cold water and run to waste. Make up a solution at a
rate of 125 ml Vanorinse® to 40 litres of hot water (710C/1600F). Draw into plant allowing some solution
to run to waste until the solution is discharging hot (at least 500C) from the return line. Then set the
return line for circulation and circulate through the plant for 15 minutes and run to waste. Rinse plant
thoroughly with clean cold water and allow to drain completely.

MANUAL CLEANING OF DAIRY EQUIPMENT:

After milking all equipment should be rinsed with clean water. Make up solution at a rate of 125 ml
Vanorinse® to 40 litres of warm water (450C/1130F). Brush the equipment thoroughly in the prepared
solution for at least two minutes, ensuring that all surfaces come into contact with the solution.
Rinse with clean, cold water and allow to drain completely.
To prevent contamination of milk by residues of chemicals, after treatment of equipment with the
product, and before the equipment is used again it must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

Our Returns Policy: For your protection, goods must be returned using a recorded and tracked delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot be held liable for goods that are sent back without tracking. The goods must be fit for re-sale and placed in their original, undamaged packing. The collector may refuse to accept the goods if they are not adequately secured. A copy of the original order/invoice must be returned with the items.  In the absence of this documentation, please include your full contact details including name, address and telephone number(s). If an item is deemed faulty, we will arrange and pay for collection. We will only issue a replacement item once the faulty one has been received and assessed by us. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). We will reimburse the total value of your order, less the actual shipping costs incurred to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods back to us. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise unfit for re-sale, will be re-valued and the true cost of the defect will be deducted from the amount we refund. We will submit any resulting dispute to your local Trading Standards Office for determination. Exchange of Clothing: We have provided  sizing charts for your use and strongly recommend you check this before ordering. In the case of clothing still being the wrong size, such goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the purchaser’s cost, and they must be sent with tracking. Once received, we will send you the size you require by return, providing we have the item in stock. In the event of clothing being returned after 10 days a postage and handling cost applicable to the garment may be charged. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original, undamaged packing. We may refuse to accept the goods if they are not fit for resale.
