Keeps you 100% Dry

Kaiwaka has a unique, twin-skin technology. The jacket has 2 layers of waterproof and rip-stop fabric to protect you from the rain and also the wind. All seams inside the jacket are high-frequency welded to ensure that you’re fully protected. Don’t worry though, both layers are breathable so you won’t feel like you’re working in the middle of a desert.

The Kaiwaka  Parka Ladies jacket keeps you dry from the neck up with  a full-face, storm-proof collar and hood, that can be adjusted using a drawstring and toggle. An improved and tweaked peak design keeps the elements out of your face without interfering with your peripheral vision.

Kaiwaka’s main aim is to keep you warm and dry, but they also want to give you clothing that is useful day to day. The jacket incorporates an internal chest pocket large enough for a mobile phone and 2 large storage pockets that you can put in your day to day tools.

Our Returns Policy: For your protection, goods must be returned using a recorded and tracked delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot be held liable for goods that are sent back without tracking. The goods must be fit for re-sale and placed in their original, undamaged packing. The collector may refuse to accept the goods if they are not adequately secured. A copy of the original order/invoice must be returned with the items.  In the absence of this documentation, please include your full contact details including name, address and telephone number(s). If an item is deemed faulty, we will arrange and pay for collection. We will only issue a replacement item once the faulty one has been received and assessed by us. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). We will reimburse the total value of your order, less the actual shipping costs incurred to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods back to us. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise unfit for re-sale, will be re-valued and the true cost of the defect will be deducted from the amount we refund. We will submit any resulting dispute to your local Trading Standards Office for determination. Exchange of Clothing: We have provided  sizing charts for your use and strongly recommend you check this before ordering. In the case of clothing still being the wrong size, such goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the purchaser’s cost, and they must be sent with tracking. Once received, we will send you the size you require by return, providing we have the item in stock. In the event of clothing being returned after 10 days a postage and handling cost applicable to the garment may be charged. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original, undamaged packing. We may refuse to accept the goods if they are not fit for resale.
