Vanosan Pipeline & DX Tank Cleaner

Powerful caustic/chlorine formulation to give a fast cleaning action in regular and robotic parlours, DX tanks and insulated bulk milk holding tanks.

May be used as part of an alkali-acid wash programme.

Defats, cleans, suspends and carries soil and milk residues away

• Non-foaming, mixes easily and rinses freely.
• Suitable for use in hard or soft water.

IN-PLACE CLEANING OF BULK TANKS BY RECIRCULATION:

Immediately after the tank has been emptied, rinse thoroughly with clean, cold water.
Make up a solution of Vanosan® at a rate of 200 ml to 40 litres of water at 600C and circulate the
solution for at least 3 minutes and then run to waste.
Rinse with clean fresh water and allow to drain thoroughly.

IN-PLACE CLEANING OF MILKING MACHINES:

Immediately after milking clean off the outside of the equipment e.g.clusters. Thoroughly rinse the
plant with clean, cold water to remove residual milk, allowing to run to waste.
Make up a solution of Vanosan® at a rate of 200 ml to 40 litres of water at 77-820C (170-1800F).
Draw the solution into the plant allowing some to run to waste until the discharge temperature is at
least 500C. Then recirculate the remaining solution for 10 minutes. Run the solution to waste.
After cleaning, rinse the plant thoroughly with clean, cold water and allow to drain thoroughly.

ALTERNATING ALKALI-ACID WASH PROGRAMMES:

Use Vanosan® at a rate of 200 ml to 40 litres of water in the hot alkali wash cycle directed above.
Use Acid-Brite™ according to label instructions for cold acid wash cycle.
To prevent contamination of milk by residues of chemicals, after treatment of equipment with the
product, and before the equipment is used again it must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

Our Returns Policy: For your protection, goods must be returned using a recorded and tracked delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot be held liable for goods that are sent back without tracking. The goods must be fit for re-sale and placed in their original, undamaged packing. The collector may refuse to accept the goods if they are not adequately secured. A copy of the original order/invoice must be returned with the items.  In the absence of this documentation, please include your full contact details including name, address and telephone number(s). If an item is deemed faulty, we will arrange and pay for collection. We will only issue a replacement item once the faulty one has been received and assessed by us. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). We will reimburse the total value of your order, less the actual shipping costs incurred to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods back to us. However, goods returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise unfit for re-sale, will be re-valued and the true cost of the defect will be deducted from the amount we refund. We will submit any resulting dispute to your local Trading Standards Office for determination. Exchange of Clothing: We have provided  sizing charts for your use and strongly recommend you check this before ordering. In the case of clothing still being the wrong size, such goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the purchaser’s cost, and they must be sent with tracking. Once received, we will send you the size you require by return, providing we have the item in stock. In the event of clothing being returned after 10 days a postage and handling cost applicable to the garment may be charged. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original, undamaged packing. We may refuse to accept the goods if they are not fit for resale.
